WOD

Fight Gone Badish - teams of 2 or 3

*2 minutes Work at each station with 1 minute rest between each station and rounds

*Only 1 athlete in motion at a time

Endurance: 6am/6pm @ Eli Whitney Museum

(915 Whitney Avenue, Hamden)

We will jog approximately 1/2 mile to the base of East Rock Hill

(think Armory with a different view).  We will then do 5, 6 or 7 hill repeats.

On the odd intervals we will walk/jog/recover on the way down. On the

even intervals we will sprint down and recover- 3 minutes at the bottom.
