Strength: Front Squat 5x5 @ 75% of 1RM

with 7 box jumps after each set 30/24"

Then,

Tabata- 20 seconds work/10 seconds rest x 8 of:

Air Squat

Double Unders

Situps

We will jog as a group to the Old ECC Box (the start) we will then run:

1 x 2 Mile,

2 x 2 Mile, or

3 x 2 Mile

Rest is 3-5 minutes between intervals
