10, 15, 20 minutes out & back. This will be done as one continuous run without rest between the out and back.
~If you are new to Endurance, just returning to Endurance and/or haven’t continuously run for more than 20 minutes recently, this workout will be completed using the 8 and 2 method. Run for 8 minutes, walk for 2 minutes.
