SKill Work - Snatch Work for 15 Minutes

WOD

On The Minute for 15 Minutes:

1 Snatch @ 75% of 1RM

2 Burpees

Athlete will warm up with the skill work portion of the class working on techique of the snatch. If you are new and do not have a one rep max - this will be your opportunity to warm up and establish one. The WOD will work like the following: at the top of every minute the clock will ring and you must complete 1 snatch and 2 burpees in that minute - this will be repeated at the top of every minute.
