It's looks like another great day tomorrow so why not spend it outside in the woods? :). Woody and I will be at the box at 8 and Chatfield Hollow at 9. You don't need anything, but if you have a compass bring it. We have plenty of maps. Send an email, comment here or text if you are coming so we know to wait or look for you at the park.
I'll be at the park at 9am.

OHS @BW - Totally screwed this up, knowing there is no way I can do my BW, so I did 2 sets of 105 with 6 reps, then 4 reps at 115#

Not sure if this counts as a PR, but I got my first few double unders today. Woohoo! Hey, it's the little things that make me happy these days.

Since I am breathing better I had fun dead lifting, strength at 175#. Then WOD'ing at 130#. Still haven't mastered double unders but I feel them coming! Total WOD at 3 plus 5 DLs.
