Did The burpee, single arm KB And jump over (2 45s) wod today for amnesty. Forgot time & count. But had major PR today: I ran 7.8 miles!! Thanks to The 8 And 2 method, I Will be so ready for Bay to Breakers!

I thought we were doing burpees and then getting D&D Bear Claws...not the case at all. Brutal (but fun) workout. First ever Wall hand stand. 6rft, 10 burpees/lap of bear crawls. 9:05. Plus, sh*t in the woods on the way home...feeling very bearish/caveman-like.

worked on HSPU - can get up in the band (you know the pretty blue ones) but that's about it... i'll keep trying...

So I couldn't make it to the box but I did the WOD at home. 6RFT 7:51. I think I went faster with the bear crawl because my dog was chasing me, licking my legs. He too got a good workout. Everytime I did a burpee he was jumping up and down.
HSPU -- Practiced against my wall with a few towels. Kipped 2 in a row.
