I felt like I had just play an hour of punch buggy on California's HW1 with a cruel older brother.

Question:
How do you do Tabata on treadmill? Do I set it at super fast speed?
Has everyone stopped posting their achievements? Please don't stop, they inspire me!

Didn't attempt 180. Max psnatch = 150. Sacrificed weight to work on form. Used 135# and did full sq snatch. time = 2:36

I just got home safely and hope my morning people did too!
80% of OHS was 130lbs. used 135lbs.
