Did 6 regular rope climbs, but forearms were giving out so I had to switch to the knotted for the last 4. Used 12# DB rather than KB.
My forearms are still shacking. Have fun with this one!!! :)

- worked on consistency and unbroken reps through out. smaller KB helped to work on balance in planche position.
Took me 20 mins to do this wod and I could NOT get passed the first rope knot once! But I will get to that cow bell before the end of 2012.

SN: first 2 rope climbs I had minor anxiety attacks 1/2 way up.
