SUNDAY FUNDAY.....Woody and I are at it again this weekend and wondering if anyone wants to join in on the fun. We are heading out to Hurd State Park in East Hampton, CT to do some hiking. We are meeting at the Hamden Starbucks at 8 or the Park at 9. Let us know if you are interested.
THURSDAY'S ENDURANCE 6am @ Eli Whitney Museum (915 Whitney Ave., Hamden)
It is going to be cold and rainy so why not add it some hill repeats to really make it fun!!!
We will jog about a 1/4 of a mile to E. Rock Rd and complete 6, 8 or 10 Repeats depending on your training distance and/or conditioning. The hill is about 50-75 meters and is ALL HILL. Recovery is our jog back down the hill to the start.
Hopefully, I will see someone tomorrow morning. hehehe :)
