Workout of the Day "WOD"
The Workout of the Day is a deliberate attempt to improve fitness by addressing the 10 Physical Competencies* in this 60 minute session. The WODs are completed in groups and are always “scalable.” Scaling or modifying is utilized to safely meet the current fitness needs of each individual athlete.
