This course covers the skills and concepts needed to be successful in reaching your fitness goals.
A few of the topics covered: basic biomechanics, nutrition, hydration, energy pathways, indicators of overtraining, and components of a workout
This is a mandatory pre-requisite for participating in the Workout of the Day.
