We're a CrossFit Kids program, so we do lots of bear crawls. Kids groan... but they also get really good at them. Well, its time to branch out. In the coming months, be on the lookout for the monkey walk, the cat balance (on a chalk line for the foreseeable future!), the ground kong, and the gallop will ALL be making their way into our warm-ups and workouts. Have no fear, these WILL be an interesting addition, to say the least! :D
