The Elm City CrossFit Kids shirts have arrived!!!! We will be selling the shirts for $15. The shirts are in adult and youth sizes for those parents who are looking to support their athletes.
Reminder: The New Haven Road Race is this Monday. We will be arriving at 7:30am to set up headquarters on the corner of Elm and Temple. We will have a brief warm-up for the kids at 8:00am. If you have not yet registered, there is still time to do so at www.newhavenroadrace.org. There are over 250 kids registered for what should be a very exciting half mile race.
