Following Shirley's post. All ECC athletes should be very proud of your performance today. Today our gym had energy from start to finish. Today we saw a lot of you achieve PRs and show how dedicated and committed to achieving new heights but you also showed a competitive pride that helps lift performance beyond previous levels.
As coaches we are proud as well. What we want you all to remember that prior to this WOD all of you work toward improved technique of the olympic lifts. Please don't let this one workout form any bad habits. 12.2 was the exception not the standard. We'll post some pics and video of today. Take time to do some self-reflection, rest-up, and get ready for 12.3.
