Comp WOD Athletes - Nice work over the last 7 weeks. I think everyone stepped out of their comfort zone and that gets an A+ in my book.
For the handful of athletes that hit the last 6 weeks TQN style take a down week. Scale weights, take an extra rest day and set new goals that are attainable in the next 3-6 months.
Tuesday's early morning classes combined in May: 530am, 630am and Endurance will combined for a single 6:00am Class time.
We had a big weekend outside the box:
Joe B and Jim went up to Relentless for the Festivus Throwdown. Jim was highly motivated and took second in his division.
Bobby and Rachel ran trails together in Wallingford to raise $ and awareness for Autism
Woody, Shirley, Crystal, and Kimmie ran The Big Sur Marathon in CA
Did I miss anything?
Stay hydrated because the box will be very hot!

50 yd Bear Crawl
Notice: All early AM classes combined (530am, endurance, and 630am) into one 6:00am class
WOD: 15min AMRAP and remove bear crawl and add 200m Run
