I would like to begin by telling everyone that I have resigned my position at my 9-5 job effective August 20,2010.

I didn't resign because ECC is such a $$$ maker. I resigned to live a dream and put 100% effort in to making ECC the best gym in the area. Not the best CF gym, but the best Coached Strength & Conditioning Center in CT period.

Make no mistakes CF is the best program hands-down. If it wasn't, we would not hesitate to adjust fire. Call me crazy, I want to PR, race well and have our athletes do the same.

Personally, I want ECC to grow into a monster. A monster that holds true to the small group premise that WAS CrossFit.

Rest assured, ECC programming will continue to cater to the masses as well as our potential "fire breathers."

As a kid I exercised and seemed a bit unlike the others who liked baseball and card collecting. As an adult it seemed to get worse. Who exercises for 3-12-24 hours at a time?

All I can say is:
For a day or a lifetime, I am very humbled to live my dream and thank you for allowing me to be a part of your family on a daily basis.
