UPDATE, Thursday, September 2, 2010 - Tonight's 6:30pm class is for Advanced [RX] Athletes, and those preparing for a competition.  This will be a different and more difficult workout than our daily WOD programming.  Please email Bobby [bobby.wheeler@elmcitycrossfit.com] to confirm your attendence.  This will be the standard practice for the Advanced workouts on Thursday 6:30pm and Sunday 8:00am.  During this time slot, the only workout available will be the Advanced programming.
