40 OH walking lunges (45/25 plates)

7 Power Clean 135/95

40 Air Squats

7 Push Jerk 135/95

It's sort of similar to the filthy-fifty but not as bad - and the number scheme is what connects it to the GOD SQUAD - there are 7 movements for 7 or 40 reps each and 40 and 7 are big numbers in the Hebrew Bible (think 40 days and 40 nights...etc.)
