If you are coaches Vin, Joe and Kimmie, you are getting ready to embark on a 100 mile journey through the woods, on foot, in North Carolina, for fun...run well team, run like you stole something.
Freestyle Friday will be followed up with Sectional Saturday and some Amnesty Sunday. This Saturday's workout will be WOD #1 from the San Diego / AZ Sectionals.
3 Rounds for Time
15 Deadlift [225 / 155]
21 Kettlebell Swings [70/55]
400 Meter Run
There is a 20 minute cap on this workout.
Heats will be run at 9:15am / 9:45am / 10:15am
Post the times you would like to go and I will get the heats drawn up. Movement standards will be reviewed 5 minutes prior to go time. Get in at least 15 minutes prior to your heat to get warmed up. For those that don't see this until Saturday morning and may not have signed up, no worries, you will go at 9:15am or 10:15am, so arrive as you normally would and get warm.
