The article talks about increased performance for endurance athletes when on a low carb diet.  They close by stating that their was not a significant difference between the low and high carb groups.  As an athlete and coach any improvement is significant. The research was only 9 days and was sponsored by Nestle (the carb company).  Read it and decide for yourself.
