WOD: 15min AMRAP

200m OH Walking Lunge 45/25

Each time an athlete “breaks” they must

Place the weight on the ground and sprint 200m

around the track back to their weight.

A break is defined as the athlete’s plate no longer

held OH and is resting (examples: head, floor, legs, neck)

Endurance: 20x Dumpster to Dumpster
