"Tabata Something Else"

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Pull-ups - 8x(20 sec of pull-ups followed by 10 sec rest)

Push ups - 8x(20 sec of push ups followed by 10 sec rest)

Sit-ups - 8x(20 sec of sit-ups followed by 10 sec rest)

Squats - 8x(20 sec of squats followed by 10 sec rest)

The idea is to stay as consistent as possible for all 8 intervals.
