Today's WOD is dedicated to my brother, who today will endure the Louisville Ironman for the third consecutive time. He has been doing this race since its inception back in 2007. We have a couple of Elm City Crossfiters who have done this event and know what its like to be in Jonathan's shoes; we are pulling for him. Make no bones about it; it is a test of not only endurance, but a test of will, strategy and fight. Today, we will fight just like Jonathan to make sure we accomplish our goals and endure the labor of our love.
