Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Run 400 meters
Max rep Pull-ups

"Nicole" is first and foremost a pull-up workout, and your total on the workout is the total number of pull-ups you complete in the 20 minutes.  Pay attention to the clock in the last few minutes.  What we see happen all too often is athletes hanging on the bar and trying to squeeze out 2 or 3 pullups with 2:00 left on the clock.  This effort then leaves just enough time to dog the run and finish the workout.  What we want to see is you get off the bar, bust it on the 400 [giving your arms a little rest], then get after one more set of pullups.

So we keep posting that the lease is signed, the website will be updated daily, blah blah blah.  Well, add to the list, equipment has been ordered.  We hope to have the place filled in 2 weeks with brand new equipment, and workouts starting shortly thereafter.  In the meantime, we are getting the place cosmetically appealling [painting], and Joe is using his Southern Ingenuity, his father and brother, and some input from welders to build our pull-up bars.  Stay tuned, we will be posting pictures of the facility in progress.
