Sunday, Kimmie and I will be going on a 40 minute recovery run.  It isn't often since starting CFE (in between big races) that we have the opportunity to "socialize" while running.  We will be heading out from ECC prior to the 9 am WOD and heading out on the Rail Trail. So if you want to run, meet us at the Box Sunday @ 8am. Please, be ready to run @ 8.
