I hope everyone enjoyed their Thanksgiving holiday, and their Thanksgiving leftovers. Today is the day to get back on the horse and dial it back in.

Tabata a little bit of this - Pushups, AbMat Situps
Tabata is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, for 8 intervals. You are not moving onto Situps until all 8 intervals of Pushups have been completed. The only rest between exercises is the 10 seconds.
Lets work off some mashed potatos.
