Thanks to veterans like Zach (pictured far right) because freedom isn't Free!  ECC would like to take this opportunity to thanks all veterans for their service to United States of America. Guarding our freedoms against all enemies foreign and domestic.

WOD: 3-2-1 mins

1 minute rest after each round.

Endurance: Find a hill and DO WORK!

3 x 3 min Hill

4 x 3 min Hill

5 x 3 min Hill

Recovery is 3 minutes from top of the hill. Jog downhill except you run the last down hill
