If you haven't yet read Monday's blog here is the "Cliff Notes" version.  Scaling is a universal tool utilized to manipulate the variables of a workout.  When done properly this will help athlete's safely reach their goals over time.  Today's task will be to test your understanding of scaling. 
Task:Scale this WOD
Utilizing the profiles for both Athlete 1 and Athlete 2 (from Monday's blog, part 1) scale the workout below. Post your scaled variations in the comments section below.
Strength: 15mins
A: 4x8 Shoulder Press 60%
90 sec rec between sets
For Time:
B: 30 Burpee Muscle- ups
