Run 10 K

If you are familiar with CrossFit, you know that running is a part of what we do, and it isn't always just that 400 meters in the middle of a WOD.  Complete fitness means you have to be able to run.  Do we expect everyone to work in that random 10k?  The answer is hell no.  But what we do expect is a genuine effort to push yourself to run further and faster than you did the day before.  If you have never run more than 1 mile [1,600 meters], let's shoot for 2 miles.  If your best 10k time is 45:00, let's shoot for 44:30.  Constant improvement folks, driven by a genuine effort day in and day out.  THAT is what we expect.

Get after it!
