We all just got back from hearing Coach Glassman speak up at Crossfit Watertown.  If you ever get the opportunity to listen to the man, we highly advise doing so.  We followed that up with a short team WOD then hit the road.


Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of:
10 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball
10 GHD Sit-ups
10 Back extensions
