Elm City CrossFit is the New Haven areas oldest CrossFit Affiliate. We are home to beginner, intermediate, and advance level athletes and coaches.

Our mission is to be a catalyst for lifestyle change. Our daily strength and conditioning program referred to as the Workout of the Day or "WOD" has been proven to provide our athletes with the skills necessary to improve both mental and physical readiness.

To accommodate the 40+ hour work week, ECC offers over 30 class times each week.
